The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary restrictions, creating inventive and delicious dishes. The attention to cleanliness and the overall ambiance made us feel truly pampered. We also appreciated the complimentary drink upon check-in. While there were some minor drawbacks, such as the limited food menu and the low beds, the overall experience at Fuga was outstanding. We would highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and rejuvenating stay.

The hotel had the best onsen experience I had in a long time. The private onsen was very clean and the fact they refill the water was amazing. They also provided yukata and amazing coffee amenities. The staff were friendly & helpful, despite the language barrier, and drove us to the nearest bus stop during checkout. Even though it was a bit far from the central hub, the bus system was easily found through Google Maps and it was exciting to travel to the location.
It was tough to navigate to the hotel since the location was incorrect on Google Maps. Luckily, we made it and found the location was a bit far from the central hub.
